I love the company but the answering service and getting you to the right people takes forever... once you get them on the line everything and schedule runs great! over all the onsite service is good!

This was a hard company to get any answers from. I had to keep calling back to find out what the issue was and then I found out they left information with my tenant and didn't tell them everything they needed to know.

Good Morning, We do apologize for any mis understanding. However we did leave a detailed invoice regarding the chimney and its condition. We always advise landlords and tenants to be available at the time of service to help reduce any communication issues since this does happen often between tenants and owners. We will be more then happy to help if you need any more assistance or questions. Thank You for the business.
I was glad they could remove the paper wasps nests. I learned afterwards that there can be a good dozen bees left hiding in the house usually by windows. I googled and found dish soap in water in a spray bottle can slow them so you can contain them.

I hired the company to clean my chimney because we had a problem with smoke in the house last year. The rep came out and said he couldn't justify charging me for cleaning the chimney since it didn't need it. He explained what to do to avoid the problem and only charged me for an inspection. Appreciated his honesty and advice.
