Henry from Nature's Own did a great job and was very honest about the job. He said the 2 chimneys did not need cleaning and only charged us for the inspection. ( Gas log fireplaces) He thoroughly inspected them and took photos to show recommended repairs. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The work, as explained to me, and what was done appears to be different and I wonder if I will have to have it done again in the near future. I thought the missing mortar would be replaced but actually they just added some silicon. Also I wanted sealer added to the chimney but they only put sealer on the top 1/3, not the whole chimney. When I questioned the workers about the mortar I was told if I wanted mortar it would double the price. A thousand dollars for some mortar between a few bricks!?
