For what I paid, they did not clean very long. Other than that, everything else was great.

This is one of the few good services to get your dryer vent cleaned. Their pricing is the best up front, other companies add ridiculous prices after they arrive and don't keep good scheduling. Perfect experience with Nature's Own and I highly recommend them.

They cleaned my chimney and found something the inspector hadn't; the back wall of the fireplace was cracked! If I had built a fire it certainly could have burned down my house. They will be back next week to fix it!

Neither of these men seemed to have much experience or know a lot about fireplaces. It was like a case of the blind leading the blind. They didn't protect the floors by wearing shoe covers nor did they cover the area surrounding the fireplace and were done in just a few minutes. However, they did check the roof and were very personable.
