didn't clean work area, I had to vacuum the area before they pushed my dryer back. also some lint was not cleaned up in front of house. Very nice, and explained service. Would recommend just offer a little extra clean up service.

They were no shows the first time I scheduled with them. When they kept their appointment the next time they did a great job in a timely fashion.

Was quoted $1100 for project, after he came out to repair he said it's worse than I thought, the price is $2,800. Which is more than double the original quote. I fee like I got ripped off. None of these prices were documented, all orally.

Good Afternoon, We apologize for any inconvenience, however your quote was a soft quote depending on the inside of your chimney structure which was in really bad condition so to fix it the correct way and not to put a bandaid on it and run with your money. The only way to find this out was to open the chimney with the minor work quoted in which turned into a bigger job.
