No one could tell me what is included I called sales manager finance manager and maintenance of said they would return my call of course they didn’t. Since I signed it there is nothing I can do because they rush you right through it. Not a very honest and dealership would not even call me back what they said they would

Michelle at Napleton truly makes you feel like family. She is very knowledgeable and patient and really takes the time to figure out which VW would be best for you. The rest of the team here has excelent follow through aswell. Had a minor paint defect in my new car but they took care of it right away. Great experience I would highly recommend doing business here.

Danielle in service was fantastic. Another recall came out just days after we had our Tiguan in for its first service and another recall. Danielle got our vehicle into the shop and expedited the repairs immediately even though we find not have an appointment. We know that dealers cannot predict if and when recalls come out on vehicles but Danielle went above and beyond to help get it done for us. She is a true professional.

I had my Honda accord serviced with Volkswagen Sanford! I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my car! Although, It was time to retire her😞 I have loved this beetle body style ever since the new one came out!
