My battery died and my radio went into "safe mode" where I needed a code to activate it. I called the service department with the serial number from radio and my VIN # , Danielle told me that the only way to get code was to schedule a service appointment, bring the car in, get the car scanned and "re-program" the radio to the car - for $137.50. Brought my VW Jetta in as the window was stuck down, they charged me $200 to put the window nearly up(open about an inch) letting water in etc, and then told me that they didn’t have a part, and could not tell me when the part would be available. They did manage to tell me that it would be another $400 dollars to fix!! The car is only 4yrs old!!! Not good customer service from Jacob, found him very unhelpful. I do not recommend VW, or Napletons. HOW CAN VW NOT HAVE A PART FOR A CAR THAT IS JUST FOUR YEARS OLD!! TERRIBLE ☹️
No, because no matter how many times I reply "not interested" in their text spams or click unsubscribe from their multiple-times-per-day email blasts, they continue to email me, text me and call me. Literally zero understanding of communications privacy. I don't have a VW anymore, and I won't buy another VW again. That's besides the point, though. Clicking unsubscribe should remove me from the email list, yet it hasn't. FIX IT!

I brought my 2019 Volkswagen beetle in for service and for them to correct a recall and also fix a problem with the steering. Everyone at the dealership have always been friendly. I especially want to complement Jacob Fry for being my service representative and taking care of everyone of my needs. Jacob is an excellent employee and is always very efficient in everything that he does. He carried out everything that he promised me that he would and I was very satisfied with my service
