I took my 20 yr.old son to this dealership to purchase a 2020 Jetta. He already had his own financing, he only needed to select the car and send the purchase order to his credit union. The price on the car was a little over $21,000. I told Eric L. on more than 1 occasion that he does not need your financing because he has his own. A decent buying experience with my sales rep but their finance team is the worst. Traded my car in on a CPO VW. My trade-in was financed and I had a payment due in 2 days. Called my trade-in financier to inform them that I was trading it in and got the payoff for Napleton to pay it off. The payoff was good for 10 days. Napleton told me they would have it to them on Monday (in 3 days from sale). Well it's been nearly a month now. I setup an appointment over the phone to go see a vehicle when I got there no one helped me out, 20 minutes later they told me the car wasn’t there that the gm took it for a ride. Do not recommend don’t waste your time and money at this dealership.

I bought a car from them. Not only did they over charge me and make me pay for some services without my knowledge, until this day, I am still fighting them so they can do it right. I set up an appointment and they made my husband wait there for 8 hours and still manage to do a crappy job.
