RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at this dealership the other day. I wasn’t sure when pulling in if I was definitely set on buying the car I was interested in. These people at this dealership are monsters they screwed up my 18-year-old daughter they sold her a car they forgot paperwork they didn’t do it right and they forced her to return it and how they did that they threatened that they were going to report it stolen these people are monsters from hell!!! You better run when you see that volts wagon dealership run I mark my words they will screw you over so bad !!!! RUNN. AWAY
Had a great experience working on getting a desired vehicle with Obed Ortiz of Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all vehicle related questions. He's service was exceptional. I highly recommend Obed to friends and family or anyone interested on stopping by the Volkswagen dealership.
