VIP Service? Not quite. Your phone dealings with a specific person lull you into confidence until you show up to find out that that person was just a call center person. Imagine you have created an impending deal, you drive 2 hours and find out they have no idea who or what you are talking about. The woman who i had to deal with in the service department seemed to take a bit of a passive aggressive attitude after i declined the suggested repairs and service by making me wait over 30 mins to get my car back. when i asked about it she became aggressive. Not rude, just aggressive. Not a good experience.
Bought a car last night from Curt Vaughn and I must say was a pleasure to work with him. And I have been shopping around for several weeks no one gave me the attention that Napleton Sanford did.
What a great experience! Kurt was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman! Worst dealership ever. Went there today to look at an atlas. We had to walk over to a group of sales men to ask them to actually help us, instead of standing in the corner avoiding everyone. Dude there couldnt help me or even speak to me. When I asked him for info on the lease prices he said “oh I don’t know that” then when my husband showed up and asked the same question he said “yeah I’ll go grab the paperwork for you” he literally never showed back up.
