I had my car towed in because of a crazy train noise with my tires. Roxane in the service department was AMAZING to work with. Being that I live 2 hours away, she was able to get me in and out with what turned out to be a simple fix (somehow a rock got wedges by a rotor - crazy right!?!). No charge for the work AND they even did a recall fix while there. For anyone in Orlando I would HIGHLY recommend this trustful team with your VW needs!
