Was quoted $4400.00 to repair my car today. Found the parts online (one of them is OEM) for just over 200 bucks. I was told they have a "new policy" of not giving part numbers to customers for estimates and also charged me more than I was quoted for the estimate. Their talentless service department doesnt "fix" anything. The just mindlessly replace entire assemblies to rob the consumer at the highest price possible. Classy.
Luis was very helpful in the purchase of Joe’s car. He helped get the sale through as quickly as possible. Would recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.
Don't buy here!!!!!! they sold me a busted truck and I ended up trading it away losing money!!!! I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but since I traded the truck, I have been there three times to cancel the GAP insurance, so I could at least get some money back.... They never sent the application in for cancelation!!!! They do not care one bit about the customer!!!!! They care until the time you sign your money over to them!!!! don't buy here!!!!!!!
RecommendedReally great service here at Napleton’s Sanford store. I go to the Orlando store too as Napleton really takes care of their customers. The waiting area is really nice and they have WiFi and refreshments and cable tv. The biggest thing is their pricing for service. I have not found better pricing for my vehicle anywhere else, and if you do find a better price they will price match plus some. When coming to the Sanford store I would recommend asking for Danielle, she is truly the best. Her service manager is very helpful too a... read more
