I was doubtful at first because of previous bad experience with Dealership but these guys were on the ball to the point ! My sales rep JOSHUA ORTIZ was femanenal he worked with us n it was the fastest I ever came out of a dealership feeling pleased thanks Guys. Dafphane worked with us made us came understanding n feeling good thanks guys and big up to the manger now I’m enjoying my new Passat ........😁😁😁😁although the wife will b driving it ahahhaahah
Worst experience. Will not return. Similar experience to what is posted below.
I scheduled an appointment for a oil pressure warning light. While I was there I also had my oil changed and brake lines flushed. Gilbert was my service advisor and did an excellent job coordinating everything so that I got my car back shortly after noon, including a car wash and vacuuming the interior. Great job!
Gilbert did a great job of explaining my situation. He had to deal with the insurance company and a customer who was without their car for 10 days. While I had a rental, he also took the liberty to communicate to the insurance company about extending the rental beyond the normal 7-day terms of my insurance policy. Thank you again for excellent service and Gilbert who made the experience easy.
