This is our first VW purchase and the entire experience with Michelle and the rest of the team was pleasant, efficient, and conducted as quickly as a transaction of this nature can be.
Terrible people and terrible service! I went to have my car serviced on some basic things and they ruined my car. Scratches all over both sides, they refuse to fix it. Terrible company.

The GM did not like the questions my mother was asking about the deal they had come up with so he began arguing with her and insulting her to the point where I had to get up, cancel everything and leave because it was so upsetting to see a manager treat a potential customer like that... I do not recommend this dealership.
Buying my Jetta GLI was a great experience. My salesman Kurt was informed and low pressure as was Yusef the finance manager. I’m very happy with the way my purchase was handled. And am very happy with my new Jetta. 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend this dealership.
Took my new Passat to Napleton's for it's first check up yesterday. Super nice people at the service desk and driving the shuttle to and from work. And my car was washed and waiting right on schedule. Highly recommend Napleton and will return as needed.
