I didn’t get the sales persons name today but he was terrible. We pulled on the lot to look at the VW cars. We were VERY upfront with him that we were just looking. He pulled us inside anyway and starting questioning us about the trim package of a vehicle we would want, and when we didn’t have an answer or didn’t want to give him our license he was visibly upset. Sunday 4/15/2018 I went in to Napleton Volkswagon and wow what a fast and great experience I had buying my Napleton Volkswagon Jetta. Over the weekend, my 2015 Passat battery failed. My husband had to give me a jump to drive the car into Napleton's on Monday morning (no appointment). They took me in right away, no hesitation. My service advisor, Renee Cook kept me advised while the car was in the shop being diagnosed. We were impressed by the thoroughness of the testing to identify the problem. I had a great experience at the dealership joe was my sales representative i looked at several different vehicles and i feel in love with a dodge journey joe got me financed the same day and i took my vehicle home that night,i came back 2 weeks later my plug didn't work for my gps to be plugged in the parts department took me in fixed the problem they where very nice to me and took great care of me,i recommend this car dealership highly
