They sent me a offer on my car from 16k to 18k but when I arrived they wasted my time offering me 14k. The car I wanted to buy with cash was listed at $13.5k with a 2 year warranty. At the dealership the price was much higher and had a sticker saying “as is” I would have taken 17k for my car and purchased their car with cash for 12.5k but I felt they were deceitful and left. I honestly recommend this Dealer. The customer service levels are better than any other dealer that I have visited. They make you feel at ease. When I bought my Tiguan, I knew it costs a little more for VW parts & service and you don’t mind paying when you know you have expert technicians and great service. Enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch too there today which was for the employees & the manager said it was in the showroom for all the customers too.
I purchased my car, Johnny, near the end of July 2018. I absolutely love my car!!! Kurt helped me patiently, and answered any and all questions that I had for him. This was my first time buying a car as an adult, and I could not be any happier about my decision to go through Napleton VW to purchase my car!!! Everyone there is amazing, and know their stuff!!! We found the same car advertised at different prices on different websites (CarGurus, AutoTrader, Cars.com). Salesman said he needed to know which site we found the car on to tell us the asking price. SHADY!
