We had an appointment to look at a car and confirmed the appointment and drove over an hour away and then to find out it was sold 2 days before!!!! That is just so wrong! My son was so looking forward to this vehicle too! Shame on you!!

This by far was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Brad and Andrew were so helpful and quick. We did not have to spend all day buying a car. We truly appreciated that. Drew and Arnaldo were excellent to work with. Highly recommend to anyone. It was fast, efficient, and enjoyable experience. Everything was set up and ready to go for smooth process.

Had an appt with this dealership for some warranty work on Monday which they needed to order a part and I would need to come back again for the repair. On my first impression, I felt comfortable with the service department unlike my horrible experience at Volkswagen North on Lee Road. I am still not over the terrible treatment by VW Norths service manager and their general manager after I wrote an email explaining my dissatisfaction. I will never go back. The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was fraudulently sold a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that was never inspected, lied to about the inspection on numerous occasions, then when inspected by their sister dealership multiple damaged were found which would have excluded it from being a CPO in the first place!!! So many infact, that the car has been in the shop for over 45 days total since purchased less 4 months ago!!! My wife and I purchased a Passat from Michael, a.k.a. “big red” - The process was quick, easy, and no hassle. I highly recommend this dealership but I do you recommend asking for a big red if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle at Napleton VW of Sanford.

Wow! What a great experience we’ve had! We’ve been shopping around for a week trying to get the best deal on a VW Beetle convertible. It’s not always about the price... respect and professionalism are very important to us. Andrew (Drew) Pope took the time to get to know myself and my husband. We went into the dealership and met with Andrew pope, He is an outstanding sales person we looked at a couple other dealerships went back to Napleton in Sanford.
