Bought one item at one store had to buy one more of the same item at the Lowe's on new center point product was $20 dollars more reason mgr gave me was it's a bigger store don't shop there unless you like to pay more than other Lowe's

As a disabled veteran I always shopped and trusted Lowe's. On 28 August I purchased a package that consisted of a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher. I paid $759.97 for the dishwasher this was to include a $179.00 labor and disposal charges. I was called by Mears Plumbing which are located approximately 2 hours away in Alexandria Virginia. Lowe's rebate process is a scam. Been waiting over a year for Tier 2 to respond to my request with updated rebate amount. Same bs response from operator.

I don't know if Lowe's has training in place for it's employees for things like common courtesy, manners, or an ability to express oneself coherently, but they should if they don't. I cannot get help from anyone at any of the stores I've been to in Polk County, Florida. I call, same thing. I go there, same thing. I have never been so disappointed in a store. I have a charge account with these people, and I wish I didn't. No customer service, no on time delivery. I am so sorry I purchased anything from here.

Setup a consultation with Lowes for chain link fence installation. Scheduling the appointment was simple and quick. When it came time for the appointment, the lady who was supposed to come out called me 5 minutes before she was supposed to arrive to say she couldn't find my house. She was on the complete wrong side of town 30 minutes away, obviously not using a map or GPS. One star is way too much for the customer service I have recently received in Hot Springs Ar. Made an order August 21, 2021 for $1608 in fencing materials and a closet rod. First delivery was scheduled 8/29/21 (Sun) which I thought that odd. Received an email 8/28/21 that I needed to make different payment arrangements. I raised my daily limit to account for the large order but that is only good for 5 days and by the time they charged the daily limit had been restored to bank limits. Wonderful in store staff but the ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer in stock in Seneca, SC. We requested delivery and installation of the appliances, and scheduled delivery for Saturday, Sept 11. We received a robo call the day before letting us know our delivery window was between 2-6pm. Warning! To anyone that makes an order online. Lowes may not have the product and will not tell you till after payment was made and delivery date was set. My order had a delivery date time from 8-3pm. After waiting all day with no delivery I called Lowes to find out why my order was not delivered. There answer was "We no longer have that item and It was discontinued" . Wow this is false advertisement!
