We purchased a Brush master Chipper/Shredder CH6 in February of 2021, over $800.00. The weather was nice, we decided to make sure it worked on a few small branches in the year. Liars cheats and thieves. Bought refrigerator 9/8 they promised elivery 9/11. NO show NO call. They repeated that 5 times even though I complained. Now they say it was delivered 9/26 It was NOT just liars and they are costing me aggravation and money eating out every day. No one cares from store manager up to CEO they first feed you BS then don't bother getting back to you. NEVER buy from them

Had to rewrite the review... So this go around Lowe's company has decided to double dip our bank account. We placed an order online for a new freezer and set up delivery which was two-three weeks out. They pulled the money immediately and now say our payment has not gone through. The ****** on customer service line which was almost 2 hours on hold said we refunded the money and now it's declined the card. The money was never refunded... I had the dam app open and read off the three charges on the card within the last 30 days... read more

Go to another store, or spend your money at another company that has customer service. I ordered two 1.5x12x12 pieces of lumber for curbside pickup. My 79 year old mother and 14 year old son volunteered to pick them up so I didn't have to stop the work I was doing. When they got the home I went to unload them and the piece on top had over 20 staples on one side some rusting and most sticking out of the board so you could slice your hand or arm open and a chunk torn out of the other side. I have been a long-time customer of Lowes. The following is a detailed summary of the complete dissatisfaction and issues I have had with my purchases, deliveries and installation of our appliances since February of 2020. I purchased carpet and installation. That turned out to be a nightmare. The carpet that I selected was not ordered. Then finally after waiting for weeks and calling multiple times, they decided to order it and I was ready for installation. The installation crew came out twice to look at where I wanted the carpet. Then the day they came to install it, I was told that they can't do it that day because they didn't know the scope of the work. That was a complete lie because they came out twice for inspection!
