I was considering setting up some fences in my front and back yard. Lowe's sent a gentleman named Mark R***** from Saugus to my home and did the measurement. He was very considerate, helpful and professional. I wanted to offer him a tip before he left, but he did not accept it. Mark, thank you very much. Your kindness and professionalism left a foot print on people's life.

I purchased two garage doors in early May 2021. I was told that the lead time was going to be 56 days. I was given a delivery date of late August, 2021, but didn't receive the order. I was again given a delivery date of September 8th, 2021 , but didn't receive the product. I was again given a delivery date of October 8th, 2021, but this time they didn't even care to lie to me, and give me a delivery date. I had an appointment for windows. An in-house consultation. I took a day off from work for this appointment. The project specialist Kevin R***** was a no call/ no show. I called his cell phone number twice. No response. Also, I called the store located in South Philly. I spoke to someone from windows/millwork. They also called the project specialist. No response. The night before I received a text message from the project specialist Kevin Rhodes asking if I still wanted my appointment for 11 a.m. I replied yes.

Lowe's has awful customer service. They NEVER answer their phones, and when they do, they put you on hold until you give up and just hang up. Even in the store, no one is helpful when they do come out to their service departments.

Lowes does not care about you. Good luck getting in touch with the warrenty people. Service Advantage doesnt call you back. When they do they put you on hold for hours.

Hello, Our case #--------- has been neglected to the point that I will be ceasing further business with your company. I regret to say, but the Customer Service support staff both in store and over the phone has been woefully inadequate in dealing with what should have been a simple transaction. After being told that our item was not in stock for an extended period of time, it was found that one was in stock but too badly damaged to deliver (this is 3 months after purchase). DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR FENCE INSTALL or ANY PURCHASE, Fence install lied to my face, their installer started installing fence before purchasing the orange permit cops were called and it was halted. Lowes & install had WRONG FRENCE CODES had me believing i was being discriminated against but they had the wrong codes the whole time. They left a mess in my drive for EIGHT MONTHS they would only return part of the fence and then refused to reimburse for the half of a fence they erected when they WERE NEVER SUPPOSE TO CHARGE D... read more

Never again. I took $1700.00 in merchandise to register, showed my Military ID for discount & was told I had to go on line & "register". Register for what? My Govt issue photo ID isn't good enough? Left product on 2 carts & walked out. Went to **** ***** where I was respected and my ID was excepted. Never again Lowes, never again.

Delivery and pickup agreement was not honored. Absolutely no return phone call from store manager, email to customer care.com, or corporate office. 3rd party delivery would NOT pickup old stove after I paid for pickup. Horrible service and lack of manager response to resolve issue is totally unacceptable. All I want them to do is honor their agreement and pickup old stove regardless of its condition because that is what I paid for.
