I purchased appliances from Lowe’s. Delivery of Refrigerator first thru front door thru living room into kitchen. My hardwood floor had deep gauges from front door to kitchen. Both men could not speak English(my only language) Called store immediately, mgr said no worries insurance will cover it. Came out delivery men gone! Left w/out delivering rest of appliances.( Wrong color refrigerator!) 5 months later, nothing resolved. I bought a refrigerator 18 months ago & bought the extended warranty plan, & now can’t get my refrigerator problem serviced. Horrible customer service now that they sold a high dollar appliance. I will never do business with them again, after over 3o years of being a Lowe’s customer.

Worst home improvement experience. I ordered eight cabinets from them to start my kitchen renovation project. I confirmed with them that I could wait to pick up my cabinets once ALL of them have arrived. I was able to brush off the fact that my cabinet showed up two months late and the fact that they kept calling me out to the store to come to pick up my order and then sending me home empty-handed because not all of my cabinets at shown up yet. Lowe’s doesn’t care about their customers and they don’t deliver and install appliances. I had an issue with my delivery and when I called the store to complain, I am told all of their deliveries are done by 3rd party. No apology was given. Infact the person that answered the phone was cold. I called the 800 number to complain and was promised a call back in 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours and I have not received anything. Before I shop at Lowe’s again hell would have to freeze over. We bought a stove, refrigerator and Microwave on June 5th of this year, and I still don’t have the right refrigerator. 1st delivery the refrigerator was damaged as they brought it in and the delivery crew tried to jam it through my front door, needless to say they scratched my front door. 2nd attempted delivery they brought the wrong refrigerator and the delivery guy said this one is more expensive than yours! After buying a new Washing machine 6-26-2021, the installers left us with a broken machine. the top would not close and the Dial Panel was broken. I have been in contact with Lowes various ways ------Service Dept., Service warranty company and I went to The Beaumont TX Lowes and the manager could not help with this problem. She did state we should have been issued a new machine. It is now almost 4 months and no resolution has been solved. What a horrible way to promote Service and Warranty parts. Don't go through Lowe's. Ordered double oven from them on October 8th. They set up delivery for October 18th. When the truck arrived they didn't have my oven on it. They left. So now I am left without a stove. I contact the store and get a half hearted apology. And told I would be contacted back after the trucks got back. They never did. I emailed corporate office no response. My husband calls 24 hours after they were suppose to respond. We were told they had to order a new one and that they will deliver it a week later!!! I purchased an upright freezer throw Lowes's online. It was suppose to be the deal of the day. The item was suppose to ship to my local store (#1742) for pick up.
