I was treated like a thief for taking materials back to Lowes and it took 5 days to get my gift card which I used as immediately and have no plans to ever go back cost me one hour pay for one of my guys with me and they do not care

The worst ever experience; and I do not say this lightly. EXTREMELY poor and unresponsive customer service. ********************** does not honor ETAs on deliveries and installs. Placed an order for two replacement cabinets (from their previous kitchen install- which was also a disaster) on 5/2/21. Here we are in November ************************* call from install team. I bought an Amana washer from Lowes along with an extended warranty totaling One Thousand Dollars . The washer is a lemon it worked one week. The extended warranty can not schedule me for one month, and the warranty company told me to bad! The department manage was not authorized to help me the store manager **** is worthless he has done nothing to help me. The *** of Lowes *************************** is worthless as well. I have had a terrible experience with the Lowes in ******, and have had no support from the management team at Lowes. I ordered a custom exterior door from the ****** Lowes store with Art, and the *** for the door when I ordered in July was 30 days. Then each month the *** for the door gets pushed back, and after multiple calls and no return calls, I finally got a confirmation that the door would be in on Nov. 3rd 2021. Do not get a lowes credit card they will s**** you out of money. If you don't pay by midnight the due date then they will charge you a $40 late fee even if you only owe them 20 bucks. they give no grace ****** on their due date like every other company in America. I was only 4 days late on my **** and they slapped a $40 fee on me. I had carpet and tile replaced with vinyl plank floors. The one-day job turned into a 3-day job due to unexpected issues with the subfloor. After the vendor pulled up the rug and tile, it was determined that the subfloor was uneven, and the vinyl plank floor could not be installed without a new subfloor and leveling compound. That would allow them to create a smooth surface before laying the floor. Had to provide 1 star: preferred choice is NO star. Poor customer service and dishonest sales practice. Bought washer ******* WF45R6300AV (stainless steel and steam) $1,106.38 and $30 haul away on 10/30/2021. Lowes delivered product damaged on 10/31. Refused damaged washer and submitted written request for replacement. Lowes called and sent email replacement to be delivered 11/1. I made an online order for about $3,500. The charge was placed on my card and then within hours credited back. I got a notification from Lowes that the payment was declined. I went back on to the order and noticed that half of the order was paid for, so I re-paid for the other half. Then yesterday Lowes charged me AGAIN for the full amount. I am now charged twice for $3,500 and am told that it will release in a week or 2. This is totally unacceptable. 2 MONTHS with no Refrigerator. Even though we PAID for a "Protection Plan!" About 3 years ago, we purchased a brand new, GE refrigerator from Lowes for $1,800. Because this was an important purchase, we opted to buy the "Lowes Protection Plan." Within 2 weeks, the refrigerator stopped working. As the plan decreed, they sent a repairman out, and the refrigerator was repaired in a few days time.
