1 star cause ya have give them at least that, but not even worth it. will not use this place for getting work done, 3 times seriously terrible... 1st is we had them put in a door, and... then two different people came out to fix it, ****nd was to have carpet installed and the estimated said they couldn't/wouldn't do it, and they still charged me after I said well if you can't do it, don't do anything... but he sent in measurements and charged me anyway, and now the 3rd.. which started well, they were gonna call me to set up ... read more

Worst **************** EVER Their idea of "delivery" was plopping a $1200 range on my tenant's kitchen floor with absolutely no setup. "Delivery" of my refrigerator -- which is SMALLER than the one I already have -- didn't occur because it was "too big." When I suggested they access delivery through the basement door, they said "time is money" and they had already spent too much time here. When I called to complaint the phone rang for 7:09 minutes. Call the police! We ordered our cabinets and paid for them last April, it is now mid November. We paid almost $40,000 for them. (we were also charged a late payment fee of $600 as we hadn't paid them in full, but we hadn't received our cabinets). We still have not received them. Our house is ready to move in to, and we are getting nowhere with Lowes in *********. It is always a matter of delivery and they can't do anything about it, but they sure wish they could. Regarding Lowes at *********************************************************************************************** Location). This location needs to implement some new strategies to improve the customer service experience. From my experience, they do not answer the phone, lack professionalism, unable to resolve issues related to defective equipment purchased at this location. We ordered inside hallway doors from them 2 months ago , got a call that they were in and now all of a sudden they are not in. The same goes for the outside storm doors. They have no communication skills and the contractor they have was down right disrespectful. We will never use Lowes in *********** **** again, been nothing but grief and runaround!!!

I contracted for interior door installation in April 2021. My two sets of french doors and single door arrived, but installation couldn't be scheduled until first week of july. They came and installed doors, but did not have trim for one. For six weeks I had an unframed installed door in my kitchen with exposed nails and splintered wood. Calls to fix went unanswered. BEWARE OF USING LOWE'S.COM! I ordered something from lowe's.com like I always do, but this time they changed my primary shipping and billing address to an old address from 3 years ago. My billing address did not even match my billing address on my Lowe's credit card and yet they were happy to charge me. My $500 in product got shipped to this old (wrong) address. This store is becoming notorious for deceitfulness in the manner they conduct business. They have told dozens of lies to me since I attempted to have my warranty honored in regards to shattered glass in my patio door. The specialist told me he had spoke with the manufacturer and after nearly a month, I contacted the company myself.
