As another person said. No stars would be preferred. Bought a washer a year ago with a 5 year extended warranty. It stopped working and on October 2021 and since it was past the factory warranty, had to call ************************ to have them come service the washer. Do not get the Flooring Installation from Lowe's! They have subcontracted with ****************, who is the worst company to do business with. They are based out of ******* and have unreliable service, installers and customer service. Their managers are non existent and will not show up to a job to check on the install, as 'that is not what they do". We spent a huge amount of money for vinyl flooring and carpeting. I bought a Generator from Lowes in February. When we got it home and started it up it would not keep running. After multiple tries with no success, we decided to get another one. The next day there was a snow storm predicted and was expected to lose power. They didnt have the same brand so we got another kind.When the weather cleared we took the first one back and wanted our money refunded. They said the policy was no returns. I purchased a new Maytag Washing machine from Lowes in ***********, **, *********** location, in April 2020. Unfortunately, my washer stopped working on October 15th 2021. The machine did a "Please rotate the k*** to an available cycle" indicator on the screen that would constantly beep and would not allow for me to start any cycle on the washer. Worst than a 1 star! We purchased windows for the entire house in May of 2021. One window was damaged upon arrival. The installation group was lazy. Did a mediocre job. The replacement window has been sitting at Lowe's in Cleburne since early October. It is not getting into mid November, and they still don't have their act together. They have lied to us saying we did not respond to installation date messages. I have the *** **** to prove it. NEVER NEVER BUY BIG ITEMS FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Don't bother spending thousands on appliances and getting conned into a 5 year extended warranty! The entire process is a complete joke and the actual store does not have your back even though they reeped the fruits of your labor. Nobody knows what they are doing and each one will lie to you just to shut you up and either get you out their face or get you off the phone. You will constantly get redirected and disconnected. And have to explain yourself repeatedly. ****** learned. I will NEVER spend another dime at a Lowes.

I paid for flooring to be installed in June. Got a quote and was told it was expected to be finished by August. They came and installed some flooring then left and marked it as finished. After calling multiple times and talking to different people is supposed to be done tomorrow. They waited so long the flooring was discontinued. I had to go to a different city and buy it out of my pocket.Don't trust their quote. They said when they miscalculate they will charge you the difference.

I purchased my shed through Lowes and the company still hasn't finished my shed it's been almost 2 months I called the company multiple times, and my issues has not been resolved I will never shop at Lowes again
