They do not service the warranty. I have scheduled with them and they do not show up. When I talk with customer service, they seem to not be able to understand your problem. I recommend that people do not utilize them in the future.

The flooring department is the biggest bunch of losers I have ever met. Do not waste your time or your money. They will lie right to your face and God forbid something goes wrong, and it will, they will ghost you in a heartbeat. They don't care about their customers at all.. Their subcontractors are complete idiots.

ZERO stars. I do not even have the energy to type out the entirety of what a disaster my interior door installation as been. We ordered doors almost a year ago and the install is still not complete. After waiting over 6 months the store damaged the original doors while storing them until my install date. They reordered them and never notified me when they were in, thankfully I kept checking on them but this took another two months. ...drove my truck/trailer to Lowes - to get the shower door I ORDERED, and BOUGHT/PAID FOR online.... I approach an ASSociate at the far end of RETURNS section , and politely ask who do I ask to retrieve an online order.... She says - in an admonishing-way - I have to get into the end of RETURNS line (at the end of the line of about a dozen people).... To which I respond, Really???? Had a kitchen Installation by Lowes in ***********, ** and dealt with numerous lowes employees regarding possibly settling the matter. We have experienced poor customer service, negligent design services from employee ************************* of the ***********, ** store, and horrible cooperation from Mr. ******************************* of the Lowes executive offices in **************. I purchased a GE Single Wall Oven on 7/30/19 (model JT5000SFSS) from Lowes, in addition to the Lowes Service Advantage Protection Plan - 5 year extended warranty - at a cost of $129.97. I purchased this because the document stated Fix it or Replace it and Repair Quick for major appliances.On 10/3/21 (Sunday), I was broiling a steak and the interior door glass cracked. Initially, I ordered just a washer. Then, I ordered a washer and dryer because there was an incentive to order the pair. It showed they had 3 washers in stock & could pick up the same day. When I went in and asked to cancel the first transaction, I was told they had loaded a washer on my truck but if I cancelled the transaction then they would have to take the washer back and that I now would have to wait for weeks to receive the other washer even though they had it in stock. HORRIBLE! The way that the ******* Lowes treats their customers is disgusting. My parents waited a long time to replace the floors in their home. They understood that flooring is one of the most important and expensive upgrades/replacements that you can perform in a house. They did their research. They searched locally and even a little further away. They wanted to get the best combination of price, service, and execution for their new flooring. Very bad service. Paid for refrigerator. They skipped my drop off 2 times. Called back, were rude and said thats how it is Lowes as a Corp screwed up the appliance division and pulled them from the store. Now they can only be out of distribution center. They said if I wanted my money back it would take 7 days. They put me off for a week.
