Purchased 15 Pella windows, 2 storm doors and 2 heavy inside doors from OPFL Lowes in March 2021, original delivery in **** was only 2 doors, second delivery received windows and doors in mid July 2021, finally came to install end July 2021. After 3 more days the install was botched, products forgotten or just not ordered. lowe's sells exstended warranties, and does not screen their warranty repair companies they use. They sold us a warranty, and when we needed it, the person they sent admitted a) they'd never been to any school; b) has never trained under a licenced plumber or appliance repair man. Not only did he bend my dishwasher door, it now leaks (it didn't at all before he came), he scraped paint off the door laying it on the door, he manhandled the door and put gauge marks from the tools he used, and he damaged an itnerior gasket seal.... read more
AMazing that this is yet another business that the BBB gives an A+ to that has had so many complaints, state AG legal actions, and history of poor customer service! Most of us would give them a D or F. My rating is based on the FRAUDULENT web process of issuing a ***** "label", calling it "shipped" (a lie) and not allowing a refund on item that even they admit HAVE NOT SHIPPED YET. To whom this may concern, On Saturday 12/4 the order I placed was delivered. The item was delivered broken. I have CLEAR evidence of the damage during shipping. I have contacted Lowes 4 times in attempt to simply receive a REPLACEMENT for the item that I received damaged. Lowe's uses any schlubby contractors they can find to do their installation jobs. I have a roof that is only 2.5 years old and already is failing. Lowes did not do their due dilligence in vetting their contractor and they cut corners on the roof flashing and I now have leaks in my roof.Don't worry as long as they can say it's outside the warranty period they can tell you it's your own problem and you can drown in all the water from your leaky roof.Do yourself a favor and get a reputable roof installer to do the work and leav... read more
False advertising, FTC violations, Dishonest leadership team. This company has violated and falsely advertised (still falsely advertising) the sales of online products. After a combined one year of waiting for two separate orders, I never received my complete orders. 12/6/2021 I purchased an upright 20+ cubic feet freezer from Lowe's. Paid cash. They delivered it and set it in place. After about a month I started noticing ice collecting up on the ceiling of the inside of the freezer. After further investigation I noticed that the seal is not sealing at the top it's about a 4 inch area that is leaking air.
