I paid for a professional to design my kitchen cabinets and countertops. The "Professional" had measurements taken by the installer and used those measurements to calculate my granite countertop. She gave us a price for 33 sq ft and then when the granite people came in to measure for the template they said it was 14 sq ft more than that. I was required to pay an additional $800 for her mistake ( they claimed they reduced it from $1300 to their cost because it was her mistake. On Nov. 5th 2021 I went to Lowes homecenter in ***********, **** located on E. Main St. to purchase a glass door for my fireplace. It was not in stock, so I ask customer service if they would order it for me in the store online. Lady says sure. So i gave her info on what to pull up and order. Worst customer service experience! Waiting for 7 months to have a problem resolved.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Wow, I should've come here and read the reviews, before I placed an order with Lowe's. I don't think they care. There is no accountability! I've placed an order, showing it would be delivered on a certain date; I took a day off, waited the whole day because the delivery "window" is 8 am-8 pm. I called 4 weeks ago about a door install that Lowes did and the built in blinds broke. They said they would send out the installer to inspect - I never got another call and the guy showed up one day unexpectedly. I let him in and he agreed blinds would need to be replaced and Lowes and that I would get a call back from Lowes. Lowe's has terrible customer service. I purchased a refrigerator with extended warranty. The refrigerator came damaged and I requested delivery people take refrigerator back and delivery person told me I had to contact Lowe's store. I went to store to appliance area to get a replacement, but found out no more refrigerators like the one I had ordered and did not know when they would be available. Because of total ineptness it taking over a week, 3 scheduled visits ( Dec 14th, Dec 16th & Dec 18th) to deliver the stacking kit and finish the job of stacking the dryer on top of the washer. 3 different crew has showed up without the stacking kit & given the same excuse that the warehouse did not give them the stacking kit. Ordered a refrigerator and was given delivery date of 12/14/2021. Never showed up. When I contacted them and told them no one contacted me to tell me the delivery was cancelled they stated it was their mistake. Gave me a delivery date of 12/17/2021. Got robo call the night before confirming the delivery. Never showed up. Never contacted me. On 10/2021, I ordered a fridge online, and fulfilled by ******* ** store. Delivery was fine. After hookup, It leaked internally and ruined my wood floors; took a day to notice from leak through floors to basement. Bad unit was sold. Delivery guys said that happens quite a bit...
