I had an delivery schedule from Lowes for the appliances. They called me that the delivery time was between 4p to 8pm. I waited for total of 4 and half hours, no phone calls, no delivery. Then I called back the store. Then they gave me the delivery company phone number. When I called the delivery company, that company told me my order was not going to be delivered since the driver closed his app and no delivery to me! Terrible **************** and Communication with customers. Never have I experienced such an ordeal. We ordered cabinets for a total remodel. Received cabinets in September *********************************************************** reached out to the person that sold the cabinets to us about installation because we werent told any of the steps after receiving them. I have been 3 months to get my flooring and carpet done no calls nothing just not showing up Ive called theyve rescheduled never showed never called finally show up and do my flooring but got the wrong trim and never cut a place by my front door so my carpet people show up and then leave cause they cant do there job cause the flooring isnt done and they broke my sons closet how that halo have no idea but this business is horrible and I will not deal with them again
The store employees change their stories. Paid for a stove and still do not have a stove. Literally stole over $1000. but no worries the newest story is my stove will be here next week... Not getting my hopes up
Unbelievably bad customer service. I had an electric hot water heater installed on Tuesday. I called Lowe's on Wednesday because the water isn't getting very hot. They said they would contact the installer (whom I had already talked to earlier) Lowe's never called the installer to authorize him to come reset the temperature. On December 14, 2021 two Lowes installation technicians arrived at our home to perform an installation of a new dryer. After approximately 5 minutes, we were advised that the universal connector purchased with the dryer would not fit our existing gas line and the technicians left without hauling away the old dryer which was paid for as well. Easy to make an online order BUT you do not know when if you will receive you order and customer service is of no help they just say wait on it or cancel, thanks.....In store service is almost as bad managers do not care and are a waste of time talking with them.....such a good looking store but what a terrible experience will use other options in the future may use them in an emergency
Today I experienced the worst customer service I can recall having. I rent, and my landlady arranged delivery of a new refrigerator from Lowe's. Lowe's chooses to use third-party delivery presumably to cut costs. The delivery man extended zero courtesy and seemed offended that I was speaking to him at all. He returned no greeting. Made little to no eye contact, and walked on the carpet with his wet boots. Worst customer service and some of the worst sub-contractors that do delivery and installation. We had ordered a washer dryer and paid for installation and haul away services and the delivery guys basically made some excuse and left without installing or taking the old units. they also fiddled with the valve and left it leaking. When I tried to call the front desk the person I spoke to wouldn't even care about my order or what I am trying to explain.
