I just had a horrible experience with Lowes and Servicepros who installs their floors.To lay floor in my small bath, they had to remove toilet and replace it.Servicepros installer did not know anything about toilets even tho I asked them to make sure her did. They sent him anyway. Then after moving the toilet to the bath tub and installing the wood floor, he called me to say main pipe is broken, ****** is brokern and floor is not level. Do not buy an appliance at lowes. Save yourself a headache. Lowes delivered a completely destroyed product, which I had to drive an hour to bring back to the store myself to get a replacement. After a year of having the dishwasher we had continual problems with it. They came out said it wasn't fixable and that I would get money full purchase price back. Placed an order on line that was never delivered. When I asked to cancel I was told it would take 21 days to have my request and my $154 refund approved. Once approved the refund would not be received for an undetermined addirional number of days. Beware of this.retailer. Do not trust them.

On December 21, 2021, our lives were endangered when a gas dryer was being installed and they broke the shut off valve on the gas line, leaving gas leaking into the room and didn't tell us. It is unconscionable they would put us in such a dangerous situation with a gas leak. WE COULD HAVE DIED.

Wont back the protection agreement on my dryer. This agreement is through *********** company. 3 times in 4 weeks they have canceled. Every time they say the tech called in. They never call to confirm appt. I have called lowes store where we purchased the agreement with no help. Contacted Lowes corporate with them sending me to another number that put you on hold for 1 hour. I have reported this to the Division of insurance which is stated on the back of the agreement. I had a gate and roof put on by Lowe's. Both of them had to come back and fix all the problems that were created by their installation. After numerous calls and much frustration they come back to fix it. The roof people had to come three times after the initial installation and the gate people had to come two additional times after the installation. My concrete has expanded around my gate poles, that I can barely open my gates. I just called Lowes and they said sorry but your warranty expired three days ago.

I bought a deep freezer from lowes and opted for delivery. The sales man said he could get it to me on Saturday. Friday night I received the expected voicemail and my pickup window was 9:30a - 1pm Saturday. Saturday morning I hear nothing. At 2:45pm I call my lowes and a lady tells me theyre running 1-2 hours behind. No apology, nothing else really. 3 hour later I call customer service. They cannot help me since its a store order. Apparently their customer service can only serve online customers. Not a great business model. ... read more

My story to big to fit in review I will cut to the chase. I have over 13 thousand tied up in flooring.16 weeks later flooring not done! installers ruined my floor and stole stuff from my house and Lowe's don't give a flying **** . I have not heard from anyone in almost 2 months filed a claim and nobody has returned my money. I guess basically Lowe's has just ripped me off?? now I have to put money up for a lawyer. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOWE'S..

If I could figure out a way to give them "minus" stars I would. My mother bought a refrigerator (hers broke), and do to "supply chain" issues Lowe's seems to be the only store with refrigerators here in Hawaii. Paid, and scheduled delivery of refrigerator $2300.00, delivered damaged. ISSUES. 1. Can' t call the store as they send you are sent into a black hole where no one answers, I walked into the store with my ringing phone and the "appliance" department was not ringing. 2.
