I placed an order for 3 husquavarna weed trimmers from the ******************* store in ******** on Jan.21st of 2022 and it is now Feb.*********'ve contacted the store, fed ex and Lowes corporate and they are all telling me the same thing that the order was lost? how do you lose 3 weed trimmers? these weed trimmers were discontinued an I got them at a really good price an all they can do is give me my money back? they don't understand that I've missed out on a really good deal and just giving me my money back is not enough. ... read more
It took 3 deliveries to obtain an oven - and it was damaged from the Herkimer ** store I bought another one from LOWES and instead of issuing me a refund for the first oven they issued a refund card - you are forced to buy something from them - what ? ? We were in this store looking to order a washer and dryer set expecting to hear all sets were backordered and to our surprise the set we were interested was in stock and could be delivered in two days! Five stars for the staff at the ********** store. We go home and I pull out both the washer and dryer to make the delivery even easier for Lowes, which also allowed me to clean a little before the new units went in. I am very displeased with my local Lowes store, ft Oglethorpe ga location, I bought a washing machine on 02/04/22 at the store and paid cash for the washing machine which was $700.00. I received a call from a **** number approx 8 pm that same evening and told me my delivery would be confirmed for between 930am and 130pm on 02/05/22. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a washer and dryer and was told that the delivery would be the following Monday between 9am to 1pm. At noon I check the tracking and it was moved back to 1 to 5, then 5 to 9 and no delivery. The very next morning at 7am I called the store. Mind you I'm only 3 blocks from ******* Lowe's. Ordered 2 appliances 1) gas range bought and paid on Lowes website. Two days later sorry no inventory refund /-5 days. 2) bough $3,000 refrigerator on line only to notice on the delivery slip I received a $325 discount for DAMAGE. Lowes sold me a damaged $3,000 refrigerator and never told me. Be sure to double check everything. Trust NO ONE and be sure to use a credit card for fighting for your refund. Caveat emptor delay in kitchen remodel cant reorder until Lowes makes the refund. Having to reschedule contractor. Grrrrrr
Wish I'd read these reviews. Bought a dishwasher a year ago. Just had to have it replaced. Lowe's extended warranty was only a gift card to buy more from Lowe's, and I wasn't allowed to use it for the new dishwasher. Just tried to buy a snow blower. I ordered on line, paid with my Lowe's card, and was a delivery date. Two later the order was cancelled with no explanation. The website showed the product was available for home delivery. Lowe's is terrible. I would rather chew off my own head then do business with them. They subcontract out to unreliable third parties, they cancel delivers without much notice, they charge top dollar for inferior products. Paid $4300 for a door that was falling apart the day they delivered it. If I want bunk products and crummy installers that don't show up I can get that myself I don't need Lowe's for that.
The Lowes on ********** in *********** ** has an employee, named *******************. ******************* declined to protect an Asian American customer from an aggressive, racist customer who also happens to be the parent of another employee. The obvious bias was put on full display in the front of the store with employee, *******************, stating he would not help the victim until she deleted her personal video of the incident. This reflects poorly on the business and will prevent me from spending another dime at Lowes... read more
