Well Lowes doesn't warranty what they sell. I purchased a 3/4" slip pvc valve after installing it. I tried to open the valve and the handle came off and the ball valve is stuck in the closed position. I cut the valve out installed a new valve. Lowes would not refund my $3.31 or give me a replacement valve. So for $3.31 lowes lost a customer and a $3,500 sale in lumber and fencing and material that I got from ********** instead of lowes. The store location is ***** **. store #****. I don't think that's smart business

More businesses should show Veterans they appreciate them; it only takes the little things. Like a parking spot and a small discount and I am happy.

Jan 6th: I order carpet samples and schedule a measurement for one bedroom in my home.Jan 10th: The measurement team comes and completes my measurement.Jan 11th: My carpet samples come. They get sent to the wrong Lowes for pickup. I drive 13 miles to a different Lowes location to pick up my carpet samples. I bring them home and make a selection. Worst delivery service in the world. I'm still waiting on my refrigerator to be delivered. I've been waiting 5 weeks.

I purchased an appliance from Lowes. I paid to have it delivered. On the date of the delivery I got a call stating the status of my delivery had change due to ice on the road. I took a ride from one end of ************ to the other to gage conditions. I found no ice only a wet road way. I feel that once you pay for your items and for the delivery the parties are bound by contract. I feel lied to and betrayed. I live less than two miles from store. At Lowe's in ******** I have been harassed and stalked by Managers, today a male was saying he was a prosecutor or wanted to talk to one and wanted some things bagged up to try and set me up. This Company is connected to ******** Family and ***********. I've spent a few thousand of my inheritance in Lowes, this company has treated me with utter disrespect and made me feel threatened in every shopping experience. This company has no right to look into my personal life. They are s Corrupt Buisness and I will be fine a lawsuit.

I recently purchased a new French door Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes ,which looks very good in my home. But, after owning this product for four months it has developed a constant popping noise that has me on edge. I live in fear that it will overheat and catch fire. I paid for the merchandise in full and expect to get a refund or another refrigerator that is not defective.

I placed an order for a refrigerator, when it arrived the doors didn't align and I brought this to the attention of the delivery person. He looked at the problem and took pictures and told me to call Lowe's and they would send another Refrigerator to replace this one. We had a small back yard wood privacy fence installed by Lowes in ******, **** last summer 2021 that cost us $6000, and was a nightmare experience from beginning to end. We didn't know that they contracted their fence installs out, and what has to be to the lowest, most incompetent bidder.
