We are a small family ran home improvement company. We ordered windows and cabinets from Lowes for a contracted customer. After numerous phone calls to ********************** about when the windows will finally come in (ordered in nov 2021 received March 2022) with multiple excuses over the course of a over a month delay and not one call from Lowes, we receive them and 3 of the windows came incomplete and did not have the top of the window. Never buy anything online from Lowes. They charge you twice. I made a purchase, paid for it online with my debit card, checked my account later and found that I had been charged twice. Contacted my bank and they confirmed there were two charges for the same amount. They also informed me that it could cause an overdraft where I would be responsible for any charges etc. I contacted Lowes and was informed that indeed I was charged twice. I bought a refrigerator Sunday. The clerk checked and said the refrigerator was in stock and we would get a call when the refrigerator would be delivered Monday. I never got the call so I called at 8:00 and was told delivery would be between 11 and 3. At 3 I called and was told the refrigerator was on the truck to be delivered Monday. The next day about 7:40 I started checking on delivery status and after about 6 calls over an hour and a half I was told that it would be Wednesday before I could get the refrigerator. Bought a washer and dryer online from Lowes. It was advertised to come with free delivery and hook up. They hooked up the dryer wrong. Spent multiple hours and calls to corporate and the store. They sent their repair men to the wrong address somehow and then stopped returning my calls. Really horrible service. Will never buy from Lowes again.

On 11/2/2021 I bought a whirlpool side by side refrigerator and also an appliance protection plan. After a week it stopped working. I woke up in the morning and there was water all over the floor and I had to throw out everything in the fridge. I called lowes and they replaced the fridge within 3 days. I filed a food loss and they paid me. On 1/29/2022 the fridge stopped working again,thats when trouble started. Paid Lowe's home improvement almost ****** back in August of 2021, they started working on my home in December 2021, they still have not finished the job, I paid them to do my countertops they messed up with my breakfast counter its supposed to stick out 14 in. they cut it back to 8 in. without telling me or asking, they also did my floor throughout my 670 square foot Condo and the grout came ** in the bathroom, they also did my cabinets which some of the measurements were wrong I'm still waiting for that to be done, Plus th... read more

I purchased carpet and installation through Lowe's in **** Rapids, **. I was told when I set up the installation estimate that the installation company would check for asbestos tile when they were out to measure given the age of my home. They came out to measure, gave me a price a few days later and we set everything up. I assumed all was good.
