Absolute joke of services. Lowe's should not ever offer installation of products, or that they can actually help with projects besides being a place that sells product and nothing more. Buyers beware the bait and switch, with their '***********************' as they're contracted, and debatable on professional. If you need a kitchen or other room remodels? Just go absolutely anywhere else that mains that as their business. Lowe's can't even effectively be a middle person to get the project right or communicate. 20k+ for nothi... read more

I bought a new high end refrigerator over $3500 and paid for install and removal. They came and didn't install it. They left it in the garage and didn't take the old one. My husband was chasing them up the street and they kept driving away. I called they said coming the next day. They never showed up. It sits in my garage blocking the parking of a car and barely able to close the door. Now they say they will have to reschedule a day. What a racket we stayed home two days. I had a credit card with my husband since ****, he passed away in 2010 and I continued to use the card. Every time I called to ask a questions regard a order I place they would ask me for the last 4 digits of the social security number. Of course I would need to go to the death certificate to find it. I called customer service to let them know to take his name off. They said they would but I would need to show proof of his death along with my DL and SS card. They have the worst policy when it comes to refunds. They use vendors that **** items that are shipped when the item hasnt. I wont be ordering online items from lowes again.

We bought a refrigerator and warranty from Lowes in September 2017. The ice maker quit working completely. We called on 2/8/21 to make a service request. Repair man came out on 2/16 and instantly discovered the problem and told us the door needed replaced. He also told us it was only a matter of time before it broke more. On 3/1, I received an email from Lowes Service Advantage advising me that we need to do a buy out and the fridge showed to be returned to store status so they needed proof of purchase. Lowes has been horrible lately. I've purchased items in store and paid ****** to have items delivered. All cabinets were damaged, they forgot the kitchen sink, then the dishwasher I bought was on-sale. I asked if anything was wrong and was told it was used for display. Needless to say it didn't come with any of the parts like the hoses, power cord, kick panel. I just moved into ******** went to the lowes by me store #**** to buy some shelving for my two dogs ashes who passed 4 months apart. I got to the counter & on the piece of wood I bought there was only half the barcode so the cashier ****** couldnt ring it up. Very terrible experience with delivery of my washer/dryer I bought on 3/15/22. Had it scheduled to be delivered on 3/19/22. One person out of the crew came up to look at my old washer abs dryer to remove first and acted like didnt know what they were doing and thus didnt want to do the job. So had to cancel and reschedule my delivery date to 3/20/22. Got a call that day and there was a problem and would be late and call with update.
