Failure on all levels. Management, customer service, general knowledge of products, and delivery excuses. My 93 year old Mother has been lied to, I have been lied to, I have **************, associate manager of merchandise, in writing lied, and in writing stated I hope I don't have to deal with this again. I came to Lowes (******* **) on April 9th, 2022. Lowes system had some issues with my check &I asked for the Manager. The initial issue is not even important now since its not about the issue anymore, but about Lowes employees reaction to it which revealed serious problems at the level of Lowes administration when Assistant Store Manager Pretty, Supervisor ********** & cashier Melly started abusing, harassing & bullying me in response to my request to show me their name tags.Supervisor ********** was running away from me hid... read more

In my almost 2 years of working for Lowes Ive never felt so unappreciated and worked to **** near death for any employer. I worked very hard for them and these people just dont have a care in the world for their employees, their families or anything regarding that. The store is just going downhill and its really sad. I never even got 40 or overtime but they put that on their hiring site and I cant even forget so many hours being cut. 4 months of damage, destruction and doublespeak and my kitchen remodel nightmare is still going on. $10,000.00 + and now my cabinets have been discontinued so their mistake can't be fixed. They broke my stove and replaced it with a damaged 2nd. Their plumber flooded my downstairs and bowed wall. I could continue, but my blood pressure can't take it. DON'T USE THEM!

I purchased a vinyl fence in November 2021. The fence was listed as completed on March 17, 2022. On March 26, 2022, the wind blew an opened gate door close. The handle and all attachments broke completely away from the fence. When I called customer service, I was told wind damage is not covered. On the evening of March 30, 2022, there was rain. I had a terrible experience at the *******, ** Lowe's. Over the years I have purchased numerous items at this store. I purchased a range and microwave oven on 4/3/22. The sales associate was ***************************. I asked him for feedback or recommendations. He did not have any info for me, so I picked out the items basically on my own. The *********** ** location has repeatedly made false promises and commitments about my $17k flooring purchase and install. The managers provide little to no help, nor do they return phone calls or meet their commitments. I'm personally fed up with big box stores not providing any customer service whatsoever. Avoid them at all costs, and if they make a promise to return your calls or return items at a later time due to system issues, IT'S A LIE! 4/10/22 - I needed to buy an 8' laminated shelf. I looked it up on their website and confirmed they had it at Lowes #***********************************************************. The website showed about 25 in stock. I went to the store and found none on the shelf. I asked an employee and he confirmed they should have 25 in stock, but said he couldn't find any. Failure to provide compensation when their flooring contractor (Legacy) caused significant damage to my hardwood floors, wood kitchen cabinet doors, sheetrock, oversized leather chair and they broke a cabinet.
