Horrible Installer experience which was sub-contracted by Lowes to Legacy Flooring! Charged for work and supplies not used or done, no communication at all with installers, (they could barely speak english) left my water hose running which I found 6 days later resulting in a water **** 3 times the normal amount, nobody suggested I cover up my things at all, and it took me over 20 hours to clean the mess they left behind from ripping up old tile floor, they dumped the leftover cement from the job on my lawn, against a tree an... read more

Lowes didnt deliver what I ordered and paid for, Lowes sold me insufficient equipment to hook up my dryer which by the way I had to purchase again. Lowes delivered and damaged both washer and dryer with scratches and a dent, Lowes then delivered what I ask for 3 days later AFTER I accepted what they gave me prior to that. This is a formal complaint.Lowes sold me an 'inferior' ******* refrigerator on December 18th 2021.Model RF27T5241 Store (****** **.)I also purchased the 5 year Protection Plan.....1) I now have the Top Ice Maker quit 2) The temperature in the refrigerator varies 10 degrees up and down.3) The same in the Freezer, 10 degrees up and down.I also have two friends that have ******* refrigerators and theirs has had the very same issues with theirs as well. DO NOT BUY A LOWES PROTECTION PLAN ON APPLIANCES!!! IT IS A RIPOFF!! I Purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from Lowes in ************, ** on November 28, 2018 along with the 5 year extended warranty. I have had to file a repair claim 3 times on the washing machine. The last time they sent a repair service out was March 2022. The service came out and said well we found the problem but it will take 2-3 weeks to research to see if we can get the part. We called Lowes and they advised they would check with them. If I could give it a 0 i would! I ordered a swingset over a month ago and has never showed up. I called to cancel it and they told me they have lost the package and cant cancel cause its still in shipping status . That it would take a month to get my money back. And the manager I talked to told me it is what it is and then I ask how I get a copy of the phone recording I was hung up on. His name was **** and said he worked in the corporate office. I will never give Lowes another dollar.

I purchased an extended Warranty through Lowes for our ******* range/oven. Uncertain of what broke or what was blown but its no longer lighting fire in the oven. Called Lowes Protection Plan and they confirmed they would review my Case/Service Job to send out a service tech to my home. Because there is no service tech my area they confirmed there would be a buy-out for full refund of my range. I had ordered a entry door, decorative wood pieces , and a storm door from Lowes . It was scheduled to be installed in December but the subcontractor to Lowes contractor quit on him . That should of been my first red flag. The second red flag was on the installation day they were scheduled to install the door between 7-9 am. They didnt show up until 11:45 without a call or text communicating they would be late. First fridge delivery was an hour past the delivery window, no calls to tell us, nobody answers in store. Finally arrived and fridge was damaged and ice maker wrong part. Second delivery never showed up after waiting another 4 hours on a Saturday. No calls. Disgusting, disrespectful and shameful conduct by Lowes. This is what happens when you have a virtual monopoly and can s**** your customers and employees. Sickening.
