I've been on hold now for 1 hour & 20 minutes after the automated voice said initially it would be 30 minutes! This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered by a major corporation!!! I gave 1 star as you have to leave a star rating. Someone finally answered and she was quite **** & rude. I'll never buy from Lowe's again!

My Lowe's window contract started on July 23, 2021. The install date was Dec *****, 2021. Lowe's contracted with ********************* Construction located at ******************************************************************* to install the windows. First, I waited six months to get the windows delivered from Lowe's and another month until ********************* Const. was able to install the windows.The windows arrived and were not inventoried properly. I was shopping for materials to finish my bathhouse/bathroom, and when I was checking out the cashier was so helpful and talked me into ******* for a commercial account. She explained that I would get a onetime 20% off on my first purchase. I explained that I was 80 years old and retired and that I did not have a business. She said never mind we do this every day. I reached out to Lowe's to inquire about a vinyl privacy fence. On March 6th, I received a phone call on the date/time that the salesman will be arriving at our home to provide us with an estimate. On March 7th, the salesman called and informed us of the estimate. I asked how long would it take to actually receive the fence since I had an urgency to get the fence installed. I purchased a fridge online 04/20 from the Columbia, ** location, in stock but could not be delivered until Mon. 04/25. Lowes delivery time is 8am - 8pm. When I work and only have 1 hr lunch break this is hard to master, but that is not my complaint. I was contacted Mon. about 11 am that the truck broke down & my fridge would be loaded onto a different truck and delivered. I know things break down & out of their control, I understand. Once they have your money you're no one to them. They use this third party delivery company so they don't have to take responsibility.Don't show up anywhere near the window time that they give you.And then it's always some lame excuse.Like I said in the beginning once they have your money they treat you like garbage they're all nice to you and tell all of a sudden you give them that credit card or you give them your hard-earned money and you're nobody.What a horrible way to treat their customer not very ********* or any way ... read more

Clerk's need to be trained not to discriminate. I purchased 4 plants that were on the clearance shelf, but instead of the cashier discounting the plants, she charged me $30.09 extra. When I brought it to her attention she tried to play dumb to the fact that they were marked down, and you could clearly see the line marked through the bar code with a black marker. We purchased a patio door (Pella) from Lowes on 9/22/2021. Two measurements taken and they still don't get it right. This has been a total fiasco from the get go. Was told the door would be in 10/22/21, delayed one week, 10/29/21 new date for door to arrive, but they had them in the store. Crickets as of 11/2/21. Called "Installation Pros" (Wrong, not pros!") Lady says door came in 3 days ago, they have 7 days to set up install. Crickets again, called a week later, oh the door just came in yesterday, wrong it was last week. ... read more

WE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR TOGETHER WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY PLAN FROM LOWES ON 04.29.21. WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE KEEP ON GETTING A NOTICE STATING OUR APPLIANCE WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE.
