Id leave Zero stars if I could. The ********* ** Lowes is literally the worst Lowes Ive ever shopped at. The culture of service there is terrible. Please Lowes corporate, do something about this terrible store.

Awful company horrible management. Beaver creek location assistant manager ***** is a person who should go work somewhere that doesnt have to do with working around customers. He is awful unhelpful and rude. Now when you try to speak with the store manager of the store he is just as bad as he keeps you on hold for a hour sometimes 30 minutes before you decide to hang up. Still have never spoken to him Im guessing because he really doesnt care about the customer needs or wants to help in any way.

IN FEB WE SIGNED A LOWE'S CONTRACT AND WROTE A CHECK FOR $6900 ON A NICE FRAME UTILITY SHED (FOR YARD MOWER) WITH SHINGLE ROOF, ANCHORINGS, ETC IN OUR 6 ACRE BACKYARD. AFTER VARIOUS PROBLEMS AT THE SHED DELIVERY, SETUP, ETC. I purchased my refrigerator from this location and took the additional protection plan. 25 days ago the compressor went out on my unit and I called to make a claim. I have been waiting 25 days for a resolution with no results. The first 48 hours went great, they sent a repair company to do a diagnostic, but once they left the company quit communicating with Lowe's and Lowe's has continued to tell me they will get in touch with them on behalf. I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in 2018 bought the extended warranty and within 6 months the ice maker went out and I called them they sent out a very rude repairman that showed up 2 hours after the fact with no notice. He came in put a new icemaker in and left and not one word spoken. Then 6 months later I had to make another call for the same thing and they sent out another company whom put in another icemaker. I ordered a fridge with delivery on April 5, 2022. Total was $1579.37. The fridge was delivered on April 13, 2022. After 1 day, we realized this was not right for us. So we upgraded to a better fridge, also from Lowes. Lowes brought the new fridge on April 18, 2022, and picked up the original one at the same time (for a return/refund). We purchased a ThermalTrue front door in Nov *************************** Dec 2021. We love the door but not the shoddy work. Installer broke the facia board above the door when removing the old door, and failed to tell us, put on the wrong hinges on the door that are still not right, left a gaping hole in our interior oak flooring and covered it with a piece of molding that looks terrible. ZERO STARS! Store 4 on Rainier Ave. Contracted and paid in full for installation of 12 windows in early Dec. 2021. Contracted for full frame install. Was told at the end of January a permit was missing. Called every week for 6 weeks to resolve. No calls were returned until the 6th week when I demanded a refund.
