We ordered all new kitchen/island, wet bar, and bathroom vanity cabinets from Schulers through Lowes on January 3rd, 2021. The installation didnt finish till early October 2021. There is still a cabinet that has a defects. Here is what happened to us. I waited six weeks on custom windows. They finally arrived and four were correct size but one was three feet too short and also had a grid in it as to where the other did not. I was told by Lowe's that the installer would make it work. How? This was on Monday. Order kitchen cabinets to remodel our kitchen. The cabinets took over NINE months to get all the cabinets correct. The issues were constant starting with the designer using the wrong measurements and wrong cabinets sent when the order was correct. Every time there was a new issue, it took over a month to resolve. The management wouldnt respond to calls or emails. If you went into the store, you were lucky if you could find the designer or management there. They consistently dodge us. ordered $1200 in underlayment, the driver brought the wrong stuff, call and have been on hold for 25 minutes. People keep picking us asking who or what am I looking for no one know what manager is helping me. Everytime I use Lowes I hate the ineptness of the whole group. I purchased a Protection Plan on a major appliance and no one answers the phone to file a claim for service.
The complaint was about a contractor that works for Lowes. All Round Maintenance. The company couldnt be located in the better business bureau,so I had to write on Lowes. Id signed a contract with Lowes to install a fence. The contractor came to the house and didnt finish the job.The contractor wont in my yard a good 15 minutes. Its on the cameras. Bought a fence on March 25 2022 they delivered parts of it to my house on April 22 and installer showed up on April 27 tore down old fence and realized they couldn't finish without the missing pieces. Contacted ******** county Lowe's 3 times in person called 4 times no one would respond. ON May 8 they delivered 2 of the missing panels but not the poles. Tried to contact the person who sold the fence will not return phone calls, the installation manager was to call me and never has.
Purchased Whirlpool fridge in Jan 2021. Ice Maker stopped working Oct. 2021. Service has been out 8 times to fix it and it's still broke. Asked to have the fridge replaced completely based on the website indicating if service comes out 4 times they will replace the appliance. Called **************** to hold for over 90 minutes, got hung up on, called back, held again for over 90 minutes to get help for replacement.
