We bought washer dryer , and mini fridge, the ********* ** store we live an hour and a half away, couldn't pick up at that time as we had driven car, the following day, returned with my 7.3 diesel F 250, to pickup purchases, Well, Surprise...that appliances had been sold to another customer Typical **********************. I've got 12 hours time 75 dollars in fuel. And a trip to best buy to buy appliances, should have gone there First, The Manager did do what's he's paid to do, repeatedly saying I'm sorry. They sell protection plans for major appliances and you call the number and get put on hold for hours. They schedule repairs and then never show up. Taken two different days off work for no reason. Lowes should be held accountable for such poor business practices. They are swindling money for an extended warranty which is bogus! It is a scam! They should be prosecuted when you spend over **** dollars plus a protection plan and then they dont honor it.

I would give them Zero Stars if I could. I ordered via telephone a riding mower that at the time was in stock. They took the order on May 16th and emailed me a message that estimated delivery or pickup would be May 19th. I did not hear anything that the order was ready for pickup. I found out later that they sold the one I ordered and paid for out the door the same day. Now I have to wait until at least the 6th of June for delivery. I think it is fraudulent that they took my order and payment and sold the same item to someon... read more

Unfortunately, their customer service was appalling. There was a line of 10 people and only one register open. The one register got stuck on one person causing a 45 minute wait. Then after that an employee name ******* just say up front waiting on the self check out when no one was there. The one register called 5 different people to help her and no one helped. Then an employee walked by not in proper dress code. Half wearing their jacket acting like they dont care to be there. There where only two helpful employees out of t... read more

Our fridge went out 7 weeks ago, and Lowes will not honor their $300 food replacement credit. Then our fridge went out AGAIN last week. Now Lowes is refusing to send out a technician, nor will they issue this new $300 food replacement credit. Do NOT pay for their protection plan, they will take your money but not honor the plan details.

The sheer incompetence of Lowes with handling of online purchases is mindblowing. It's been about a month and half of calls to Lowes **************** to local ********************** ******** stores, and misinformation. I don't think any one of their associates know company policy when it comes to delivery and installation of certain appliances, specifically **************** I was told that the delivery crew is supposed to install the washer and dryer after they drop it off. I bought a mower from lowes. I had it delivered to my home and after cutting grass the first time with it, i noticed a scuff in the body paint that i know i didn't do. I called my local Lowe's in **********, ** and talked to a manager. He was very polite, understanding, and helpful. I am having another mower delivered very soon and they will pick up the damaged one while they are at my home. I think this is great customer service.

When you buy an appliance from Lowe's and also buy the warranty, you must call Lowe's Service Advantage to set up and appointment to have them select who they want to send out to make the repair. That *** seem simple, but to get a real person on the phone to set up a claim up is incredibly time consuming. You go thru endless prompts and then they cut you off. The worst experience I had was them setting up an appointment for me with a company called, "** Business Providers, LLC out of Lawrenceville, **." ************ does not... read more

I bought new kitchen cabinets from the Lowes Home Center in ******* **********. During the design and ordering process I was told two important things, one it would take 5-6 months for my cabinets to arrive, ok I'm fine with that. Second, Lowes would send out a professional to my residence to double check and verify the measurements before placing the order, which they did.
