The worst customer service and follow through Ive ever experiences. Im taking them to court. We paid for 11 windows to be installed. 10 months later 2 never were installed. 2 dont work and 4 are sketchy. We cant get a refund. Cant get service. I feel my only option is to ***.

If I could give this store a minus rating I would do so. We ordered over $6000 worth of wrought iron fencing on March 26, ****. We were told that it might take about three weeks for the delivery. It is now June 11,2022 and the materials have not arrived. The delivery department never returned calls . We were always asking for updates in order to understand what to expect. I ordered two boxwood topiary trees from Lowes for pick up at ******* location. First order came in at the end of May. Went to the store, showed the store associate my confirmation email, scanned the bar code, looked at my photo ID, and I left. I placed a second order for the same boxwood topiary tree - 13 days later. I go to the store to pick it up. Very poor customer service especially after I presented them with their bait and switch scheme. I came in the store based on an ad regarding 20% off patio furniture but apparently not on the chairs I picked. The ad was deceptive and lowes did not make good on it. I was treated rudely which is a disappointment especially Having spent quite a bit of money in the store. I always received excellent service in the past but Ive shopped at ****** most of the time. I wish I could give this review a ZERO! I am a longtime patron of Lowes; this is the first experience I've had at the Oaks (#****) location that has resulted in deplorable customer service, and it has impacted my decision of whether or not to return. A lack of associates in the carpet/flooring area, extremely rude associates to assist when found, incorrect product pricing, and an overall disregard for customer time and money is what contributed to this experience, and I will be speaking with the corporate office about it. **************** is horrible.. i havevso many issues with the local lowe's.. i got a bod to replace my windows, called due to 15% off special and wanting to buy them for them to come back with about 50% higher?? Scam! I will be returning the appliances, and flooring i ordered and taking all my business to ************ you lost me as a client for life with your poor customer service.. everyone take your business to ************ they dont bait and switch and they have customer service

Purchased $7000 of flooring over a week ago to be delivered this week. They called Wednesday (night before delivery) to inform us that the order never made it to distribution and wouldnt come until next week. We had flown individual in to lay the tile. We had to pick another (more $) tile at our expense. Now cant get delivered on top of further fiasco of financial difference of ***********. they do not care and we will NEVER return to Lowes in *************. **************** is not helpful at all. Have an order delivered but the item is broken in pieces. Call the customer service, the first representative route me to the Lowes plan department. Told the second representative that I was confused why I got to this department. The representative just put the phone aside without telling anything and then chatting in the background. Now I have to call it again and wait for a hour AGAIN. RIDICULOUS.

We ordered our windows in November 2020. 4 windows got installed in March21. 2 came dented. They reordered. Again 6 months wait. Installed one dented window in October.told to reorder which never happened. Never Installed The big picture window coz of rain that day. They said they will install in one week but never showed up after that. No call, no email nothing. Window is in my garage for last 9 months now. Calling lowes biweekly since then. No response.
