Bought three appliances, all Maytag. Within 4 months, my dishwasher broke, after multiple calls to lowes warranty service center and 6 months of constant back and forth I finally got my dishwasher repaired. Then my dryer went down and same process only this time wrong parts ordered for dryer and now Lowes service center says that there was no claim started and they require me to start the **************** again. Ordered Pella sliding glass doors(4 ) panel. Sent a 3rd party company whos crew didnt know how to install. Re-scheduled with same company . My wife and I specifically ordered a certain model washing machine. Salesman 1st says he didnt think he had that model. He went to look at his computer and said yes we do. He still wrote up the wrong machine model and sent his crew who installed it
Washer bad in two years. "Luckily" I had purchased the Lowe's Extended Protection Plan, or so I thought. They sent out a repairman quickly and it was determined that the washer was not economically feasible to repair. Fine. They said they would send me a check. No check came. Then they said they would send me an email with an electronic gift card. No card came. I've called 4 times and waited on hold for very long times. Still nothing. I guess Lowe's is a scam. Sold us a Kitchen Aid refrigerator that never worked from day 1 and they would not take it back or replace with a working one. They seemed indifferent as to whether what they sold worked and would take no responsibility for their product but referred us to the manufacturer where we never got to speak to a person.
If I could give zero stars I would !!! What a horrible company ! I ordered a mop and it arrived a week and a half later than it was supposed to and broken !! Mind you the mop cost 15$ I called customer service spoke to ****** and ******, who offered zero help. Instead of me sending them pictures of the broken mop they want me to drive 20 minutes to lowes to return it with gas prices today !! Let's start in order of purchases. First was on January 14th, 2022, when we decided that we needed a new fence, since the wind decided a tree needed to crash down on our current one. We got the Quote from ******************* for just under $9,000, no problems there, then we got our contract with the Estimated start date of April 4th, 2022. Ordered an appliance from them & stated it would be delivered on June 12, 2022. We waited for the delivery but it never came. We called Lowe's and they stated they didn't know why the delivery had changed from the 12th to the 16th. They put the blame on ***************. We called ************* and they stated that it was Lowe's internal that changed the date. We did not receive a phone call or email from Lowe's. They were not accountable for changing the date. Purchased a Hisense refrigerator from Lowe's online.The fridge isn't even 90 days old and doesn't work.Lowes claims it's past the return/refund date so it's my problem they sold me a garbage appliance.The fridge should be replaced as I a still owe on it.I am very disappointed my freezer is 50 degrees and my food is going bad.Lowes has terrible customer service and obviously they don't value their customers business.
Terrible!! Dealing with Lowes claim department has been a terrible experience! They offer warranties and then wont honor them! We have been juggled around between NaRefCo and Lowes both claiming the other is responsible for ordering the part to fix our refrigerator. That hasnt been working going on 2 months now! We have filed 3 claims and still nothing has been done!
