**BUYER BEWARE** I purchased a Whirlpool dryer from Lowes on 02/02/19, inclusive of an extended warranty. I have had 3 service calls for the same issue - defective dryer drum. On my 4th attempt for a service call (on May 5, 2022,) I was on hold for a total of 6 hours over 2 days to schedule a service appointment! It was determined that Lowes has outsourced the warranty scheduling to a different company, of which the language barrier is awful! I ordered a washer and dryer online from them on the 15th of May. When I ordered I put in my payment information and my card was charged, or so I thought. After the money leaving my account not once but twice I realized I had been double charged but was told i was not. On the morning of the 22 I got **** mysteriously back into my bank account with no transaction to show that. Then an atm credit showed up for another ****. Hi I will be delighted if somebody called me from corporate or a real manager. The service over the phone at Lowes is terrible. You have to talk to seven or eight different people trying to get to the right person. I have been lied to so many days it started back May 7, 2022 and now it is June 3, 2022 and Im still waiting on a washing machine replacement.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Its been over 20 days since the delivery date for my appliances after hours of waiting on the phone they scheduled me for another day, and than did not show up. I lost another 5 hours of work for nothing! I would never even consider buy from them again. Worst company ever!Stay away

Ordered a mini-blind for shipping to store. Took awhile to get here. Got confirmation email and text that order was ready for pickup. I did the process for pickup as explained in email. I went to store. Scanned barcode. The employee couldnt find it waited like 15mins. I said can I talk to manager. Took like 5 mins. I have been trying to get assistance for two years with a HVAC System that was purchased and installed from the Five Towns location.I have been ignored for two years. Every summer for the past two years we suffer during the summer months and are conveniently ignored.The system is still not working and we are paying for this system. The customer service is not good.

You can never get through the phone to talk to anyone. The employees are rude. I bought a dishwasher and right when it was time for delivery, they lost it lol They sent me another one and that one Is defective. I have been dealing with them for 6 weeks and no results yet. The store manger refuses to talk to customers. I called and left a message at the headquarters but no response. Not sure what kind of a business they are running

I bought what I thought was a NEW dishwasher and unbeknownst the dishwasher was wrapped in cellophane. We ordered on April 9,2022 two weeks to get to the Hazard ** Lowes. When husband installed it went to code 30 reinstall code 30. Lowes return policy is 24 hours at the Hazard ** Lowes. I had to call the manufacturer and they wont be able to get to my unused not new sitting in the middle of the floor dishwasher until August. I used my Lowes card and I am refusing to pay. Impossible to get the right person on the phone If you're lucky enough for someone to answer the phone in the right department. I bought a washing machine on May 18. Today is June 1 and I'm still without my washer. First day they had the wrong address. 2nd day they ran out of time.
