4/29/22, I purchased a washer/dryer at this Lowe's. Delivery date scheduled for May 6th. It was confirmed that there were approximately 14 sets in stock. One set was mine. 5/5/23, I was contacted, the delivery would not happen as proposed; it was moved to May 20th. We purchased Windows and Doors from Lowes. Windows came with wrong measurement which were taken by Lowe's themself They installed some windows damaging all the framing They do not even know how to **** brand new windows. Ordered a mower Saturday online with a delivery date of Monday. Called customer support on Monday evening due to app not showing it shipped. Was told first that it was on a truck then that it hadn't been assembled and it would be delivered Tuesday and that someone would call that night (Monday night) to schedule delivery. We purchased a new ******* washer and dryer set and it was delivered on 5/20/22. We were gone over the weekend and tried to use it on Sunday. The front door of the washer will not lock. We had to hold pressure on it to lock and then once it got to a spin cycle our washer shook so hard it was bumping into everything and making a very loud banging noise. Worst experience ever. Purchased cabinets and countertops back in the fall of 2021. It is now the end of May 2022. We have still yet to have our countertops installed. The contractor they had come out to do our cabinet measurement didn't even measure and just went with what we had roughly measured which was totally off. Once cabinets were received months later they were either all damaged, missing pieces or wrong all together. We had called Lowe's over at least 15 times trying to get the right cabinets. I purchased 4 blinds at the location. Unbeknownst to me, as its not posted in the store, they will only trim one brand of blinds. They wouldnt even honor an exchange as Im not asking for refund. Its the small simple things such as this that makes a positive impact with the local community. Lowes has just lost themselves a valuable customer behind a simple act.

I never got the cabinets I ordered from them. They messed the order up and refuse to refund. I have to re-order and pay if I want them. I'll just reorder from *********** Looking into legal action.

I bought a ******* washer with a 3 yr. extended warranty. Called Lowes on or about 4/12/22 they contacted a repair co. To come out and evaluate my washer. Called Lowes a week later and was told the part was ordered, and I should know something in a wk. have called every week since then and every time I am told I will receive a call or email in two days. Over a month later and I still have heard nothing from Lowes. I f I could give zero stars I would.

I was buying a washing machine $793.94. I was charged for it and was given 6 different days with time they would deliver it. Two on the days they never showed up at all. They kept moving days and times. They never delivered the washing machine, so I asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. They have never refunded my money to me despite being asked for a refund multiple time. I've called multiple times trying to get this resolved.
