Lowes Home Center **************** ******* ** has literally screwed me. I purchased a kitchen range from this Lowes on April 20 2022, I was told at the time, that I would get a call and they would be delivering by April 30th, 2022. Well I didn't get the call and didn't get the delivery. This is the Worst Lowes. They have the nastiest customer service Representatives. I have spend over $3,000.00 in materials in the last Month and I am still waiting on my delivery, which was promised three times. I have called to check on this and looks like my number cannot be found that the order is associated with. I chose this Lowes because of the close proximity to my residence. But I will do better and visit ********** where the service is much better.

Purchased a refrigerator in store. They provided 3 delivery dates. No fridge yet. Lowes contracts w/a moving company for delivery. They are inept. Nothing but excuses from them. Try to call Carbondale Lowes. Was on hold over 5 hrs. Finally figured out to chat/call Lowes.com. They take the info and keep escalating. Still no resolution. Worst experience buying appliances ever! Guess they like drawing interest off our money.

Corporate Lowe's (besides being almost impossible to reach via phone/human) has a ridiculous waste of time/money policy that all other independent contractors and installation companies don't have: they charge $35 to have one of their subcontractors come to measure pre-installation, even when they're ONLY there to measure (which takes about 2-5 minutes). IF you hire that contractor, the fee is deducted from the total cost.However, what if you DON'T want to use their subcontractor(s)? You're out the $35. Not only did I wait w... read more

HORRIBLE!!! I scheduled an in-home measure for a product on 5-4-22. I was given an appointment for 5-26-22, at 3 p.m. I received a call on 5-25-22, at 3:54 p.m. from my Project Specialist, ***************************. He called to let me know that he was on medical leave. He informed me that he had a doctors appointment the next day and he would then know if he needed surgery on his arm. I purchased a screen door in December 2021. The door was installed in late February. Around 2 weeks after the installation it was raining and I noticed that the door leaks really bad when it rains. I contacted Lowes and sent Lowes pictures. Lowes sent someone else out. This person told me that the rain pouring inside the door was condensation. I wish there was a negative -10 scale. I had to choose 1 star to provide a review. I hope to help people before they make the bad decision I made choosing Lowes to replace my entry door for my home. I have purchased my door and contract fees Oct. 2021. After sereval months of calling Lowes and request a supervisor escalation they final came to our home April 2022. I used my Lowe's credit card and put $1500 on it. I made large payments on it and had it paid off in a few months. My bank did a credit check and I found out that Lowe's said I still owed them money. I had my bank send proof that the $183.76 was taken out of my account, which was the payoff. I have been battling Lowes over this for several months. Three times it shows on my Lowe's account that they said I owe them nothing. In fact, last month they sent me an overpayment of $.60c. However, they are now saying I still owe them... read more

I purchased a propane exchange and after waiting 20 minutes no one came to do the exchange. I had to go get a refund for the exchange. I suggest getting propane someplace else
