My issue began on May 10, 2022. I ordered a washer on April 20, 2022 from Lowes in **********, ** but was told it would not be delivered until May 10th, which was fine. The associate told me that I would get an email/phone call the day before if they were going to deliver it that day. On May 9th, I didn't receive a phone call/email. On May 10th, I called the store location but no one answered the phone. I called several times and stayed on hold for over 15 minutes several times, but no one answered. This is regarding the Lowes in ****************, **. Buyer beware! We purchased a washer and dryer from this store, only because it was in stock, and could be delivered when we needed it. Dryer no problem. The washer delivery was scheduled, and cancelled by them 3 times. 4th time was a charm! Unfortunately, the delivery people did not attach the pedestal correctly, and it jumped all over my laundry room causing damage to the walls. I called Lowes in **************** again. Do NOT have Lowe's do your Kitchen or flooring remodel. There is NO communication between the installers and the store. It is almost impossible to get a call back or help with the store or the installing companies. All you get is the run around and at this point I feel Lowe's and the installers are dragging their feet finishing up my install. The workmanship is almost as bad as the customer service you get from ********************.

We purchased Lowes Severe ********************** pressure treated lumber to build our decking project in 2015. This year 2/3 of the decking has rotted to the point of being unsafe even after treating the pressure treated lumber with a top product stain purchased from Lowes EACH year after pressure washing. Lowe's sold the pressure treated wood under the promise that it would last at least 20 years. On 3/31/2021 we placed an in store order for multiple items and paid a delivery fee. Only some of the items were delivered. In the past ************************************************************************* regards to our items not being delivered. No one at the store is able to give us any information. Sorry to generalize, but must of the staff at both Lowes I go to are rude and put out if you attempt to ask them for help. When I order curbside, I sit for ***** minutes on hold waiting, for them to acknowledge Im here for an order. I ordered deck materials 10 days ago and have had my order rescheduled 3 times. On the 4th time the ** person who answered the **** number, had to call the local store only to find the delivery person called off & no backup driver. BEWARE! I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's and paid for removal and haul away. I called and scheduled my delivery so my installer would be available, and I would be home. After my delivery window came and went by several hours I contacted the store, they confirmed my delivery and had no idea why I didn't have my dishwasher. After several more frustrating phone calls it was determined the delivery company changed my schedule and did NOT communicate this with anyone. .y experience was at Lowe's in ****************************. The checker named *** inside the store was terribly RUDE. I was first in line with 1 ********** brought the 2nd & 3rd persons in line, who both had alot of items & checked them out first, barking at me to Get my Cart back !!! It was horrible & she never said another word to me thru-out my wait & check out. She was TERRIBLY RUDE & should be seriously reprimanded !!!!

Around April 6, 2022. I placed an online order with Lowes' on ******************************************************************** was charged $24.91 for the order. On 4/8/2022 - I received a text alert for one of the items. There was a problem with the order - I was charged three times.
