We bought 6 appliances paid all cash and we were told that the delivery guy will hook up and take out the old to the curbside for free when the delivery guys came they didnt want to hook up and think but the washer and dryer but the hook up all the water hose but didnt hook up the water line where the water comes out of laundry back after washing clothes so we just finished putting up new cabinets and flooring wall and new molding we still dont finish with counter top. I had Lowes come in and do a measurement for 732 ft. of flooring thats my complete downstairs Ive been waiting on a quote for a week. Ive already picked out the material the vinyl plank and now Im just waiting Ive called multiple times to the flooring department on the east side of ************ ******* it is ridiculous. When they do answer the phone they hang up I call right back finally somebody answers then they put you on hold? Ordered appliances online. They scheduled delivery Sunday between 8am-12pm. It is now 8pm and still has not shown up and has not contacted me in any way. Tracked delivery online and still showing 5 stops ahead of mine. Called customer service, was on hold 50 minutes. They were unable to help me. They were unable to get the driver or store to answer the phone.

I bought and paid for a whole bunch of carpet last year (my entire house). Lowes has given me the run around for the last few months of why they can't come install it. (Back ordered, ordered wrong size, wrong carpet, installers never picked it up, and on and on). I would give negative stars if that was possible. Ordered a refrigerator and range from Lowes. After waiting nearly 7 weeks, we received a call saying we could set up a delivery date. After taking the day off work, I received a call, mid-morning, stating that the truck was broken down and wouldnt be delivering my appliances after all. I was promised delivery the next day. You cannot call Lowes because you cannot get through to anybody ever! Having this in mind, I bought a washer that was brand new and looks really great with a clear glass lid top load and removable agitator! Not even a month later, the washer broke down and would not do anything so I called, and of course I couldnt get through! I then called the warranty company and they got right on it and fixed it to brand new performance again! The thing that was wrong was that I was sold a USED washer and the parts had just worn out! My brother, sister, and I bought our mother a refrigerator. We wanted to pick it up ourselves, but was told we had to have it delivered because all of the units were at the warehouse in ******, **. The delivery was scheduled for June 3rd, from 4 to 8 in the *** That time came and went, no delivery, no phone call, nothing. ******************...... Lowes, *********** has our contract to install a new kitchen. Price over $40,000. It has now been over one year due many mistakes and damaged cabinets and an inept kitchen cabinet designer. Without a kitchen for over a year. Contract states that it must be installed within a year. We want our money back and have Lowes remove all the cabinets. Corporate Lowes in ************** is not being helpful. Lowes *********** is ignoring us.

I did order counter tops on the 04/02/2022 and the representative shows me the paper work on that and advise me the order will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to be install in my house. To cancel the order she told me of i cancel it after 04/6 they will charge me for cancelation ,on the 04/08 the manufacture called me and left a voice mail that the order will take from **** weeks.
