They was supposed to deliver a dryer to me between 12 & 4. At 4 pm I called the store here in ********** **. & Talked to ****** she said the 4 hour window was just a time they give. Something could always go wrong with a door or traffic being bad. She said that we were the last stop on the truck and they would be there. Having issues with the cabinet ***** The lowes location is in ********* **. I called the customer service number yesterday and voiced my complaint and was transferred to the Kingsland lowes store where I spoke to a member of management. Now I feel like Im be discriminated against due to complaining. Lowes on ******************* in ************,** is the absolute worst!! It took me from Friday to Sunday of last week to complete my in store order for a washer and dryer. After that whole weekend long ordeal the nice ********************* got me all straight and set up with delivery, haul away and everything for this Monday the 13th. 13th comes and goes and still no delivery or call to let me know whats going on. I wish I could leave negative a million stars. I will never purchase from lowes again. For months Ive been looking at a metal shed they have outside. They advertised it for $559. I even have a picture of this advertised price with the item number. I went to buy it, its out of stock. So the manager sends me to a near by location to buy it. ******, ** Lowes- The manager, *****, is extremely rude and has no business working in any management position let alone one where she interacts with customers. She spoke down to my husband at the register while ringing us up and then denied our military discount. She made it known she is the manager and there was nothing we could do about it. Ordered $4800 in appliances for my 80 y.o. parents. All items were to be delivered to their house. All but one appliance was delivered to the store (********* **) and expected my parents to pick them up. After going to the store and spending 45 minutes with a customer service rep who contacted IT and got the run around themselves, she thought everything was straightened out. Lowes *****, I ordered wood floor and to have them installed by Lowes. I told them that I was under a timeline and had to it completed by May 20th. They assured me that thy have flooring in the warehouse and schedule a delivery by April 23, 2022. This did not happen and I tried calling the store several times and no one would pickup the phone. To Whom it may concern. My experience with buying a refrigerator from Lowes Home Center. The purchasing experiencess is simple. I went in told them what I wanted, paid plus delivery and hook up the ice maker, and waited to be contacted about delivery, there was a backorder problem. I was called to set up delivery but missed the call by less than a minute. I hit redial. I purchased a MaxxCold commercial glass 2-door refrigerator from lowes.com on May 3, 2022, for the amount of $3,001.99. Upon delivery I had to hire a moving company to get the cooler inside of my local business because they told me they would only deliver to the outside of our location. The first delivery scheduled, told us he could NOT deliver the product because we needed to have a forklift to get the delivery off of their delivery truck.
