Lowes are saying I did not pay off a previous balance I had owed, my personal banker from ***** Fargo had personally confirmed the payment was received in February by calling Lowes.It has been almost five months of harassment from Lowes.I will never shop here again, I would rather order online!
This nightmare started on October 16 2021. I went to the Lowes store in *********** **. I paid $35 to have my doors measured to see what I need. We ordered 2 toilets with installation and removal. The first time no one from the installation service call us to notify us of the installation date/time. As a result, no one was home when the plumber showed up. The second time, we negotiated an arrival time of 8 to 10 AM. The service company Handy texted us that the plumber would arrive between 8 and 11 AM on 6/28/2022. The service company seems to be allergic to make phone calls (they would only text). Set up up a quote for a fence In April. I was told after the quote was made if I picked out a certain fence the job would be completed in two weeks. A month later the job was not completed due to permits not being pulled. Around that time lowes delivered all of the supplies for the job and left them in the street. Left in a public street with no permit. It took weeks to get lowes to come out and take the supplies back because there was no installation date. Asured what I am dealing with. I am demanding a REFRIGERATOR. I will be taking legal action now.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a fan online and received a trash can instead. They had no mechanism to get me what I ordered. I was sent to a store for a refund and was told the cant do anything about it.
6/25/22 in lowes Was there to buy a stove in the appliance department the associates stayed on the computer the whole time I was there will never show there again very poor management with a bunch of employees running around doing nothing that cant help you
Don't order anything that requires 3rd party shipping. As you would expect a dysfunctional company would partner with more dysfunctional companies. Good luck getting anywhere with either. I'm six weeks out from original delivery date and it gets rescheduled every single day. Also, Lowes won't ***** a refund ** ***************. Basically I'm out $1700
I bought a water heater online at Lowes with extended warranty, the day they were supposed to deliver they called n said that the water heater was sold to someone else.I ask for a refund, they said it would take a couple days. When I finally got the refund it was short the warranty cost . I called them at lowes at least 13 times trying to get the warranty refunded.Finialy they stop taking my calls They made no attempt to help me with the warranty refund
