Do not buy appliances and also anything that requires delivery. They took care of the delivery issue. Three months after I purchased a refrigerator it started leaking water. The manufacturer warranty sent a technician out to fix it but he could not because the part is on back order. They refuse to refund or replace or get me something that works on the meantime. I purchased ** refrigerator was told it will deliver on July 4 that it was going to deliver on July 5 it de not happen so I called and so told I now not going to be delivered until July 7. They were going to leave it next my garage without installing it lucky I was home. If not they going leave nice expensive refrigerator out side so I told them to return to the store and Ill get my money back. Contacted Lowe's about multiple defects in a major appliance. Lowe's confirmed that the appliance could be brought in and exchanged. On arrival, Lowe's denied having received the call and refused to offer any assistance on the appliance. The call was in my call log.Further, they did not offer to help take the appliance back to the vehicle (it is quite heavy and I am a small person), nor did they offer assistance in contacting the manufacturer. Bought a storm door at Lowes - **********. The communication between *************************** and Lowes has been an exceptionally horrible experience. NO ONE talks to one another. I had to put various people on 3 way calls JUST so they could speak to one another. Multiple emails were sent to upper management with no follow thru. It is truly sad that such that a company like Lowes does not have a better process for the customer. This has been going on for over 2 months with no resolution in site -- very sad.

Lowes ******, ** store...Why have online ordering when you get there you have to find and load everything yourself after waiting 45 minutes. Last time this happened it was an hour...Spoke with ******, a manager, who laughed at the fact that I work two jobs and depend on this order to be ready. He told me call ahead next time. No stars I purchased a riding lawn mower June 30 delivered July 5th I Purchased a riding lawn mower. A log splitter and a bagger system 5k plus of merchandise they packed the log splitter up against my riding mower and it scratched the mower all over I have dated pictures of the damage. Lowes of ******* GA. We had purchased a Washer and Dryer along with an extended five year maintenance contract. In year four we experienced the washing machine throwing an error code referencing the motor. We filed a claim in which they dispatched a tech who said the machine was being overloaded. I remind the reader we have been using this for four years. So trip one resulted in no fix. We reduced the load to a pair of socks. Still the same code. Pretty bad when you buy an extended warranty and get the run around, now going on 2 months and 3 different service companies telling them what needs fixed.
