I spent a lot of money to build a fence. In the process ended up in the hospital which made the project take longer. I am 2 weeks outside of their 90 day return window. I have my receipts, everything is in its original package and I have no previous returns with them. Even the managers approval would not let it go through. Corporate said oh well, nothing we can do. I will be doing my business elsewhere
Worst experience of my life! Literally just called a liar by the manager, ***, a total of four times at the checkout. All because someone forgot to change a price and theyre covering their own a** I tried to purchase this skill saw for the listed price of $59 and it rang up as $79. The manager, *** went to check and said there was nothing like that over there. So I walked back and took a photo. Lowes customer service is horrendous. No one knows what they are doing and the hold times to talk to someone is an hour long. Call back option barely works. They promised to call me back within a day and got the call back two weeks later.
WORST experience ever! It's been nearly a year that I ordered custom Pella windows and still I have damaged product with wrong finishes in my home. I've had 5 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS! They can't get it right and can't figure out how to do so. The Incompetence is incredible. Not only did they install damaged product. with cracks in the moldings, they installed two different trim finishes on each window. Just pitiful! i ordered a pool in may and when the pool was dropped off it was missing parts that is needed for the pool ive called lowes for a month straight about these parts and even talked to the vendor and they said they would take care of it and they sent the one of the missing items but not the other and told me they where delivered but i have security cameras all around my house and they where not delivered they will not give me a refund unless i take the pool down and return it and it

Arrived several weeks later damaged (I have pictures). All I want is a fence installed. I have had the contractor ask for my debit/credit information despite what the contract says. I was told by customer service Id get a call from ********************** on a secure line to make the payment to move forward. And today I call to avoid the appearance of breaching my contract to be told - I have to go into the store to make the payment. Horrible, rude, incompetent managers that ignore requests to speak to them. One of their workers had to whisper, "those people there are managers". They would not acknowledge our request for assistance. I have never felt so disrespected. Will NEVER give them my business again!
