My entire experience with Lowe's and their Warranty Protection Plan has been NIGHTMARISH! My electric range went out over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to have a service tech to even come out to take a look. I have missed 2 days of work waiting on a service tech taht never showed, and I have another day "scheduled " where I will miss more work and money and if like the last to "scheduled " appointments I will miss more time and money. I bought a Whirlpool Dishwasher. It worked for about 6 weeks. Called and went to the store for help. They set an app't with repairman He came and looked at it. Said he needed a part. Never heard from him again. 3 weeks ago. Visited the store again The manager said they are waiting for a part to come from *****....If the dishwasher was made in *******, why is the part coming from *****. My advice is not to purchase anything from Lowes and stay away from Whirlpool products.

I bought a washing machine and when it was delivered, the installation workers installed it, then started a cycle and told me they were running water through it to flush it out. Then they left. Shortly after they left, water started flooding from underneath the machine. I called customer care and waited 15 minutes through music for my turn in line to talk to a representative. I will never order anything from lowes ever again. Especially not an appliance for delivery. Their delivery service is terrible. I ordered a new fridge for my new house. There was no working fridge at the home and I would have to use a cooler to keep my 2 month old sons bottles cold without this new fridge. If the fridge wouldve been delivered this would not have been an issue. The first time I had a 4 hour delivery window. I waited all day for the delivery and no one showed up. No one called. Customers have to take a loss on defective products. Ordered online. $900 French Door. A different Lowes delivered. Then both stores refused responsibility. After 2 trips to the store, and many, many calls, They lied to my credit card company and said I have never complained. It's a ****-wen Door. Arrived damaged and defective--door latch broken. We have a $3,000.00 disaster on our hands/in our garage! They arrived and the young man offered to put the unit in the garage. (We had paid for install, not drop off.) Then, the delivery folks did not do the correct install for washer OR dryer. Supports were left off of our pedestals, until I found them in the pedestal drawer. They put some on, left others off. If I could give NO stars, I would!! Similar to others, trying to get a delivery of appliances was an Absolute Joke and I chose to cancel and purchase through someone else. After calls to the delivery company, speaking to the Assistant Store Manager at the ********, ** location where they were coming from who had me on hold while she actually spoke to someone at delivery company and STILL the items Failed to be put on their truck. 3 for 3 ordered a fridge, ridding lawnmower and a gas can check out and didnt have any of the products now Im having to wait on a gift card always spend 2 hrs at this location to try to find a person to load a item that doesnt exist then found out it didnt exist time after time someone from corporate needs to step in

When I went to pick up an online Lowe's order containing 4 items at ***************** they only had 1/4 items "picked". I had received an email the evening before stating my order was ready, with all 4 items included. Come to find that 2/4 items were out of stock and instead of problem-solving or attempting to cancel my order, they went forward with the "ready" option and just sent my email.
